Based in Florence, architect Fortunato Simone Pontello is a qualified professional inspired by his love for the Tuscan countryside, the indisputable star of his projects. Initially a member of the Construzioni Callisto Pontello group, specialised in public buildings, in 1997 Simone Pontello founded his own studio to fully dedicate himself to the restoration and renovation of villas and private buildings.

AEON Studio Firenze is an architecture studio created by Stefano Rotesi in 2012. The Florence-based studio brings together creative professionals capable of ensuring the success of any project.

Francesco ASTI's practice is characterised by a strong multidisciplinary approach. Giovanna Minardi graduated with a degree in architecture from the IUAV - Venice University Institute of Architecture - in 1996, writing her final thesis on the architectural restoration of a manor. She has always seen architecture as something that goes beyond the mere physical realm.

Gioia D’Argenio is an architect with many years of experience, whose primary objective is to guide her clients through each phase of their projects with the utmost professionalism and passion.  With her architectural knowledge and originality, she is able to create designs that perfectly reflect those who commissioned them.

A freelance architect since 1997, Diego Maglioni specialises in residential architecture, primarily working for private clients. He founded the studio DIMAdesign in 2018, expanding his field of expertise to include commercial design and property development consulting, for projects throughout Italy and abroad.
